No matter what stage of life you are in, taking that first step to ask for help and take care of yourself, can be a difficult thing to do. The change comes from within you, I am here to partner with you and empower you to head in the direction you wish to go. Therapy will give you the tools, confidence, and skills to accomplish your goals or simply feel better. I truly believe in the importance of being mindful and aware of the whole person, mental and physical. For myself, that means going on nature walks, playing with my dogs, spending time with friends and family, that is when I feel truly whole, for you that may be completely different and that is okay. Therapy can help you find what makes you feel whole. This therapeutic atmosphere will be nonjudgmental, safe, compassionate, and supportive. I look forward to being part of the process in your next step.

My special interests include working with all ages for anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem concerns, aging, medical conditions such as diabetes and obesity, and those who have a family member struggling with substance use. I also have experience working with interpreters and enjoy doing so.
